Abstract
The purpose of this study was to examine the attitude of grade ten students towards Technical and Vocational Education and Training. Two private and two government schools namely; School of Tomorrow, Gibson School System, Yekatit 12 and kokebe Tsibah secondary schools were selected. During the study, 115 students were selected using random sampling technique. Descriptive survey research design method was employed. Data were gathered through a questionnaire and percentage was used to analyze the data. The findings indicated that students had negative attitude towards TVET. The researcher recommended that secondary schools have to work with TVET institutions to create positive attitude towards TVET among students and to integrate TVET in the secondary school curriculum.
