The data through interview was analyzed qualitatively while the one obtained through the questionnaire was analyzed using frequency tables and graphs. It was found that the majority of the teaching staff and the management have positive attitude towards ICT. The findings also showed that the majority of the teaching staff was using ICT, particularly computers and internet. Most of the teaching staff was found to be using computers daily. As of the competency of the teaching staff on some of the basic ICT applications the study showed that the skill of the majority was promising especially in word processing, emailing and internet browsing. An investigation of the Colleges’ ICT infrastructure readiness reviled that there was a serious problem of access to ICT infrastructures. The ICT training level of Nifas Silk TVET College was seen in light of the proposed ICT training model.
